sale, a communal Kampung House, and essential farm amenities like a Greenhouse and
Botanical Gardens, while simultaneously developing water, drainage, and garden
infrastructure on the site. Our singular investment objective is to profitably execute the
initial phase—constructing and selling premium 96 m² homes and establishing core
communal-farm infrastructure—to successfully pioneer a high-growth, asset-backed
agritourism and residential estate model.
